The «Document» State Enterprise Passport Service Center will open in Varna for Ukrainian citizens
In April 2024, the first regional passport service center of a Ukrainian state-owned enterprise in Bulgaria will begin operating in Varna. DP "Document"«. It is aimed at serving Ukrainian citizens temporarily or permanently residing in the country.
The new office is located at: 186 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., Mall Varna, and is designed to simplify the procedure for registration and replacement of basic documents - foreign biometric passports, internal ID cards, and passports for children. Previously, Ukrainians living in Varna and the surrounding regions had to travel to Sofia to obtain similar services.
The creation of the center was an important initiative in response to the needs of the Ukrainian diaspora in Bulgaria. This became especially important against the backdrop of the ongoing war and forced migration. Opening an office in Varna is a positive step toward improving living conditions and integrating Ukrainians abroad.
To use the center's services, you must make an appointment in advance through the official website of DP "Document" — pasport.org.ua. This service allows you to choose a convenient date and time for your visit, avoiding long lines. When visiting, you must bring original identification documents and a completed application form. If you are applying through a representative, a notarized power of attorney is required.

Today I was at the parking lot at Varna Mall. There were already three minibuses from the "Document" company parked there. I wonder if I can get a passport for those of conscription age?
